Job Summary
As a Sales Associate/Material Handler, you will be responsible for greeting customers and donors, assisting them with their needs, stocking items on the sales floor, maintaining store cleanliness, following cash register policies, and ensuring safety standards. The role involves receiving, unloading, and inspecting donated inventory, as well as assisting donors with their items. Effective communication, physical stamina, and the ability to handle cash transactions are essential for this position.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
- Must be able to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions
- Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors
