Job Summary
Engage customers by approaching them to provide personal service, converting interactions into sales opportunities, and solving problems at the first point of contact. Maintain store standards by ensuring visual merchandising is up to code, supporting store operations, and leveraging POS systems for seamless omni-channel service. Promote brand initiatives like the Outdoor Discovery School and Mastercard program while collaborating respectfully with team members to foster a positive environment. Adhere to safety policies and physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays at our Marlton, NJ location.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Genuine passion for the outdoors and participation in outdoor activities
- Required to stand, walk during shift
- Talk or hear, both in person and by headset
- Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps
- Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift 1 to 20 pounds
- Occasionally move and lift objects up to 40 pounds (utilizing a team lift as needed)
