Job Summary
Sell marine accessories and provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, demonstrating products, and assisting with purchases. Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up. Maintain product knowledge, merchandising standards, pricing/signing, and restock as required. Support seasonal floor merchandise moves and keep work area clean and well stocked. Operate the Point of Sale system and deliver a legendary in-store experience for every customer.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
