Job Summary
Create a warm, inclusive, and confidence-building experience for every customer from first hello to finding the perfect fit through genuine connection and personalized product guidance. Actively listen to unique needs to guide shoppers to the right Knix products, ensuring they leave confident and supported. Maintain high energy on the floor, contribute to visual standards and store organization, and handle difficult interactions while meeting sales targets. Join the new Mapleview Centre store opening in Summer 2026 to establish brand culture in the Burlington community.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs
- Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail
- Experience in a sales-driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets
