Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. Executes visual directives, maintains store cleanliness, and handles escalated issues in compliance with company policies. Actively participates in store contests, supports leadership in achieving sales goals, and executes digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS. Upholds loss prevention protocols, shares customer feedback, and demonstrates passion for fashion trends. Works part-time between 20-40 hours per week, with flexibility required for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Ability to regularly talk or hear
- Ability to frequently sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach, twist or squat
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Flexibility with work schedule including weekends, nights, peak holiday periods
