Job Summary
Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations, completing training, using product knowledge tools, and participating in fit sessions. Assist in store tasks to ensure customers see associates at their best, while sharing feedback and insights with the management team. Act in a manner that aligns with brand values and welcome customers authentically to create seamless experiences. Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds while moving around all store areas.
