Job Summary
Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that serves as an extension of the brand while driving sales and exceeding selling and service expectations. Assist customers in discovering their look, collaborate with team members and managers to drive business success, and act in a manner that aligns with brand values. Perform operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by management, including bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds. Share customer feedback and insights with the management team to support continuous improvement. Maintain scheduling flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays while embracing teamwork and courtesy.
Required Qualifications

- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
