As a Sales Associate, act as a brand ambassador bringing your own personal style and welcoming energy to the sales floor. Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations, complete training and product knowledge sessions, assist in store tasks to create seamless customer experiences, share feedback with management, and uphold an inclusive, collaborative environment while building authentic connections with customers and helping them find their own unique look. You’ll be available for nights, weekends, and holidays and engage with the team to achieve goals.
