Job Summary
Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that extends the brand while driving sales and exceeding selling and service expectations. Assist in operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by management, including bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds. Share customer feedback and insights with the management team to support business success. Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays to align with store schedules.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
- Pass a drug test
- Be able to work in a retail environment
- Be able to interact with customers
- Be able to work with other team members and managers
- Be able to perform operational and product driven store tasks
