Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with other team members and managers to drive business success. Your focus is on creating a seamless customer experience with a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity. You’ll provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand, drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations, assist in store tasks, share customer feedback with management, and maintain scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
