Job Summary
Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations, completing training, using product knowledge tools, and participating in fit sessions. Assist in store tasks to ensure customers see associates at their best, while sharing feedback and insights with the management team. Act as a brand ambassador by creating genuine connections, collaborating with team members, and bringing a welcoming energy to the sales floor. Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays, and be physically capable of lifting 40 pounds and moving around all store areas.
