Job Summary
Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations while completing training, using product knowledge tools, and participating in fit sessions. Assist in store tasks to ensure customers always see you at your best, and share feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team. Act in a manner that aligns with brand values, making the best first impression by smiling, welcoming, and connecting with customers authentically. Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays, and be flexible to have fun along the way while leveraging technology without letting it dominate the dialogue.

- Available when we are busy, including: nights, weekends and holidays
- Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos
- Can regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
