Job Summary
Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that extends the brand while driving sales and exceeding selling expectations. Assist customers in discovering their look, collaborate with team members and managers to ensure business success, and share customer feedback and insights with leadership. Execute operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by management, including bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, and carrying items up to 40 pounds. Maintain flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays while staying current on fashion trends.
