Job Summary
Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience, promote product knowledge, and build brand relationships. Actively support store management to grow the business, participate in service enhancements, and leverage clientelling/outreach to achieve sales and service metrics. Stay informed on fashion trends, product knowledge (fit, color, fashion), and create outfit recommendations to meet customers' needs. Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, accept coaching and feedback, and assist with operational tasks such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery. This role emphasizes selling competence, styling expertise, and a passion for fashion, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
