Job Summary
Sales Associate for a luxury jewelry and watches boutique in Vienna. Responsibilities include qualified consultation of an exclusive clientele, acquiring new clients, maintaining VIP client relationships, handling custom orders for High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking, implementing a New Retail strategy (including E-Commerce, Distant Sales, Virtual Sales Ceremony, traffic management, and MyClients app), local networking and event participation, administrative duties (customer data management, inventory prep), and collaboration with a dynamic team. Requires experience in luxury item sales, strong knowledge of New Retail and digital sales events, curiosity to shape new sales approaches, excellent German and English, and SAP or similar warehouse/ERP familiarity. Flexibility, reliability, and a precise, professional demeanor are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kunden- und serviceorientierten Umfeld des Luxusgüter-Segments
- Erfahrung im Verkauf von Luxus-Artikeln, idealerweise Schmuck/Uhren
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des New Retail inklusive digitaler Verkaufskanäle
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
