Job Summary
Welcome customers as a Dior Ambassador, embodying the selling ceremony to drive sales targets. Build relationships and develop customer profiles while delivering excellent after-sale service, including follow-up calls and repair coordination. Support store operations by upholding security procedures, managing cash and stock, and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines across Pavilion KL, KLCC, and TRX boutiques. Work flexible morning or afternoon shifts with one off day per month. Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus miscellaneous allowance and provided uniform.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail / luxury industry
- Fresh Graduates
- Pleasant and good grooming skills
- Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry
- Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers
- Self-starter, vibrant, positive energy and go-getter
- Able to work in Pavilion KL, KLCC & TRX
Desired Qualifications
- Good spoken of English, ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage
