Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by demonstrating deep product knowledge, sharing brand heritage, and fostering strong relationships with clients and teammates. Manage store operations by ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, organized, and displayed while maintaining a clean, visually appealing sales floor. Achieve personal and team sales goals through results-driven actions, uphold ethical standards to minimize shrinkage, and accurately record customer information and transactions in all systems. Uphold company policies, streamline workflows to improve efficiency, and contribute to overall store success. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adhering to physical requirements for lifting and standing.
