Job Summary
Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades identifies upgrade opportunities for existing service customers and delivers a personalized buying experience. Responsibilities include reviewing daily service appointments to identify equity opportunities, engaging customers in the service drive, structuring deals that create value for the customer and dealership, collaborating with service, appraisers, and finance to ensure smooth transactions, maintaining detailed notes and pipeline activity in CRM, and building long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Required Qualifications
