Manage guest interactions and sales transactions at retail locations, utilizing the POS system to process cash and guide customers on cannabis products. Balance a service-oriented approach with results-driven targets while maintaining patience when handling guest complaints. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales advisor or another guest service/sales role
- Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system
- Able to balance a guest-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Patient and comfortable dealing with guest complaints
