Job Summary
Sales Associate at a Hallmark retail environment focusing on helping customers find card/gift solutions, delivering a warm shopping experience, inventory/stockroom duties, and contributing to store sales goals. Responsibilities include product recommendations, merchandising, processing shipments and Hallmark.com orders, curbside deliveries, maintaining store appearance, and collaborating with a team to ensure customers leave with needed items and a few they didn’t know they needed. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience; strong customer engagement, communication, adaptability, and proficiency with computers.
Required Qualifications
- If under 18, must have ability to meet work permit requirements, if applicable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including but not limited to events, holidays and weekends.
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
