Job Summary
Implement Levi's® Stylist functions by delivering exceptional customer service using the 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close. Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and meet or exceed established daily sales and performance goals. Execute store operations including cash handling compliance, security tagging, merchandise pricing, and physical inventory cycle counts. Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards while assisting stock associates with replenishment. Show flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts, lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. Prioritize multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment to drive success across diverse responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
- Impeccable communication skills across all channels
- Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
- Energetic, positive, helpful demeanor
