Job Summary
Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars standards while greeting customers to place orders and provide recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and accommodating special requests. Maintain a clean preparation area, track inventory levels for low stock, and collaborate with team members for smooth operations. Work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Frequently required to stand
- Frequently required to verbally communicate
