Job Summary
Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars standards while greeting customers to place orders and provide recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and accommodating special requests, all while maintaining a clean, organized preparation area that adheres to health and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, notifying management of low stock to ensure uninterrupted service. Work closely with team members to share responsibilities and maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Frequently required to stand
