Job Summary
Deliver exemplary customer service by assessing unique client needs, applying wardrobe skills, and driving sales through product knowledge and loyalty program promotion. Execute all Point of Sale procedures accurately, maintain visual presentation and health and safety standards, and complete assigned administrative functions. Support store initiatives, participate in biannual inventory, and adhere to company policies including dress code and loss prevention. Requires flexible hours, standing position, and ability to lift 20-30 lbs. Based in Laval, Quebec, we operate over 140 retail locations and design fashion collections for Canadian women.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner
- Open to feedback and implements change in a timely manner
- Demonstrates initiative on an ongoing basis
- Positive attitude and confident
- Passion to keep learning, growing and adapting
- Flexible to the hours of the business
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week (minimum 3-hour shift)
- Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions and staff meetings
- Works in a standing/walking position
- Lifts approximately 20-30 lbs of product/boxes, as required
- Uses ladders as required
