Job Summary
Deliver exemplary customer service by assessing unique client needs, driving sales through wardrobing, and maintaining current product knowledge and fashion trends. Execute Point of Sale procedures accurately for sales, refunds, and ship-to-home orders while promoting the website, loyalty program, and marketing initiatives. Maintain visual presentation, housekeeping, and health and safety standards, completing assigned administrative functions and supporting store initiatives. Participate in biannual inventory, training sessions, and staff meetings while adhering to all company policies, dress code, and loss prevention procedures. Requires retail experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility for shifts of minimum three hours per week. Based in Laval, Quebec, Laura Canada designs and sells iconic women's fashion collections across Canada through 140+ locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner
- Open to feedback and implements change in a timely manner
- Demonstrates initiative on an ongoing basis
- Positive attitude and confident
- Passion to keep learning, growing and adapting
- Flexible to the hours of the business
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week (minimum 3-hour shift)
- Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions and staff meetings
- Works in a standing/walking position
- Lifts approximately 20-30 lbs of product/boxes, as required
- Uses ladders as required
