Job Summary
Sales Associate role at Laura Canada in Winnipeg, MB: provide exemplary customer service, drive sales by assessing customer needs and applying service standards, maintain product knowledge and wardrobe awareness, develop long-term client relationships using Clientele Development tools, promote website/CRM/loyalty programs and store marketing initiatives, execute POS procedures (sales, refunds, Ship to Home), uphold visual presentation and Health & Safety standards, complete administrative functions, support store initiatives, and adhere to company policies. Requires flexibility to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, standing/walking, ability to lift 20-30 lbs, and strong communication, professionalism, initiative, and learning orientation.

- Experience in a retail environment preferred

- Working Conditions and Environment: Flexible to the hours of the business
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week (minimum 3-hour shift)
- Participates in inventory twice per year, all training sessions and staff meetings
- Lifts approximately 20-30 lbs of product/boxes, as required
- Uses ladders as required
