Job Summary
Sales Associate at Lands' End provides excellent customer service and product expertise, drives sales through consultative selling, assists with stock replenishment and maintaining visual brand standards, processes transactions via POS/online system, and leverages knowledge of website navigation to suggest solutions when items are unavailable in-store. Responsibilities include assisting customers, greeting and engaging with shoppers, staying informed on fashion trends, executing markdowns and promotions, and supporting store operations. Position is part-time (~25 hours/week) in Rochester, NY with on-site work; requires ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
