Job Summary
Drive sales by utilizing consultative selling practices to identify customer needs, suggest outfitting options, and provide fitting room assistance. Deliver exceptional service through courteous greetings, adjusting attention based on store traffic, and leveraging website navigation for out-of-stock solutions. Process transactions efficiently using the POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining product knowledge and visual brand standards. Perform markdown activities and manage stock replenishment. This part-time role offers $17.00 per hour, approximately 25 hours weekly, and requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lands' End merchandise is strongly preferred
