Job Summary
Sales Associate position at Lands’ End in Richfield, MN. Provide exceptional service, greet customers, identify needs, and drive profitable sales using consultative selling. Maintain brand-appropriate visual standards and floor presentation, assist with floor sets and replenishment, process transactions via POS and online systems, and support operational excellence in both floor and back room. Required Qualifications
