Job Summary
Sales Associate at CITY Furniture in Lake Sumter/Lady Lake, FL. You will help guests design a home they’ll love, engage and present various home furnishings and service options, navigate large showrooms on your feet for 8 hours, build personal connections, assist guests with financing options, and convert interactions into sales. You’ll create invoices and schedule deliveries, manage prospects and accounts, maintain a welcoming showroom, and strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs. Ongoing professional development and best-in-class training support your growth. Compensation is commission-driven with uncapped earning potential; after the first year, expect a minimum earnings level of $65K with potential for up to $200K+. Education required: High-School Degree or GED. Schedule requires evenings and weekends as part of a full-time, 40-hour week. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and using an iPad for training and transactions is required.
