Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions accurately. Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Drive sales performance by applying suggestive selling techniques and building genuine relationships to foster customer loyalty. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and following asset protection and safety protocols. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals and daily priorities while leveraging training tools to continuously boost product knowledge. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs.
