Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. Apply suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism while following asset protection procedures and safety guidelines. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives by contributing to a positive store culture and supporting store operations as assigned. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
