Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and meet store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns with professionalism, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership by building genuine customer relationships, contributing to store culture, and supporting operations with pricing, promotional sets, and inventory tasks. Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines while ensuring accurate signage and cleanliness. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
