Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions accurately. Maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and adherence to merchandise presentation standards. Build genuine relationships to foster loyalty while handling inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives by applying suggestive selling techniques and leveraging training tools to boost product knowledge. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and following asset protection and safety protocols. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
