Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. Build genuine relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business while maintaining visually appealing merchandise presentations and accurate signage. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism, and support store operations through pricing, promotional sets, and inventory tasks. Demonstrate ownership of daily priorities, apply asset protection procedures, and ensure safety guidelines are followed. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to lift and move up to 40 lbs. Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating team achievements.
