Job Summary
Welcome every customer who enters the store, advise them on product quality and materials, and suggest complementary items. Assist clients in finding their needs, answer questions, and process transactions at the cash register. Prepare and place products on the sales floor, ensure the store and backstore remain clean and tidy, and stay updated on new inventory to share top picks. Meet and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining store policies and procedures. Work under store management supervision, with flexibility for holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
Required Qualifications
