Job Summary
Welcome every customer entering the store and assist them in finding products by answering questions and explaining features. Advise clients on quality, materials, and technical details while suggesting complementary items. Make yourself available during fitting room visits and accompany customers to the register to process transactions. Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor to ensure the store remains clean and tidy. Monitor inventory for new arrivals to share top picks with shoppers. Meet and exceed personal sales goals under the supervision of the store management team. Respect and apply head office policies and procedures. Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Required Qualifications

- functionally bilingual
