Job Summary
Welcome every customer entering the store and assist them in finding products by answering questions and explaining features. Make yourself available in the fitting room, prepare and place items on the sales floor, and ensure the store and backstore remain clean and tidy. Accompany customers to the cash register to process transactions while meeting and exceeding personal sales goals. Be on the lookout for new products to share with shoppers and perform other duties to support the team under store management supervision. This role offers flexible hours, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned business with over 5,000 employees and 300 stores across Canada.
Required Qualifications
- previous sales experience
