Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by styling outfits, suggesting items to match needs, and building brand relationships through active clienteling and appointment setting. Assist the management team in building store business, service multiple customers simultaneously, and handle operational assignments including filling orders, replenishment, and recovery. Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, coaching, and achieving sales metrics in key measurable areas such as outreach and the Talbots Classic Awards. Maintain awareness of fashion trends and new arrivals while utilizing product knowledge to create outfits. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and utilize technology to navigate handheld systems in a fast-paced environment.
