Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service experiences that promote the brand and build relationships. Assist the management team in building store business and support service enhancers like the Concierge. Service multiple customers simultaneously while multi-tasking projects such as filling orders, replenishment, and recovery. Use fashion expertise to create outfits for clients, suggest matching items, and stay current on new arrivals. Participate in learning opportunities to achieve sales metrics for clienteling, outreach, and appointment setting. Work 15 to 20 hours per week with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
