Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships while taking an active role in assisting the management team to build store business. Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously, including operational assignments like filling orders, replenishment, and recovery. Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits for customers, suggest items to match their needs, and achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas including clienteling, outreach, and appointment setting. Participate in learning opportunities, accept direction, coaching, and feedback to maximize individual performance. This position requires open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Talbots is a leading omni-channel specialty retailer of women's clothing, shoes, and accessories known for modern classic style and gracious service.
