Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging shoppers, modeling selling best practices, and driving personal sales results. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure a safe, inviting environment. Execute closing and opening duties as assigned while adhering to visual merchandising standards. Work a flexible schedule of 12–29 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant job experience
- minimum 6 months
- previous retail experience preferred
- Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
- Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- PT 12-29 hours weekly
