Sales Associate

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results in a part-time store role. Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, model selling best practices, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room, and perform opening/closing duties. Demonstrate core company values and maintain strong visual merchandising standards to create a welcoming store environment. Utilize customer service skills to interact with customers, drive sales, work well within a team, and manage time effectively while handling physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional ladder use. This role supports the store’s sales goals and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
