Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results by maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers, and modeling selling best practices. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting. Execute closing and opening duties as assigned while demonstrating Kindthread Core Values at all times. Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards to support the retail experience for healthcare professionals. Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a requirement of 12–29 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant job experience
- minimum 6 months
- previous retail experience preferred
- Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
- Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- PT 12-29 hours weekly
