Job Summary
Deliver Customer Service Excellence while building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success. Manage CRM data gathering and quality, support transaction, complaint, and return handling, and contribute to location performance targets and individual KPIs. Execute loss prevention and stock management operations while ensuring procedures are followed and business systems are utilized proficiently. Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience
