Job Summary
Generate excitement and awareness for the upcoming KidStrong center opening by responding quickly to new leads via phone, text, email, and social media. Contact prospective families to explain the program, membership options, presale pricing, and founding-member benefits, then follow up consistently until enrollment, decline, or no further contact. Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails from the lead database to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly presale goals, converting inquiries into Founding Members before the center opens. Process memberships and deposits accurately while maintaining CRM records and following sales scripts and brand standards. Handle common questions and objections professionally, creating urgency around limited pricing and spots without misleading tactics. Work closely with leadership to track progress and identify conversion opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Be promotional-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
- Practical work experience using CRM system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred
- Strong sales mentality and comfortability with sales efforts
- Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Outbound phone sales experience: 1+ years
- Customer Service: 2 years
