Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals by helping clients select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget. Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, provide lens training, and educate customers on eyewear care. Maintain accurate customer records, communicate order status, and answer incoming phone calls. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards while supporting inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Perform other duties as assigned in this fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
