Conduct opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system. Perform overrides at checkout and maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom. Process transactions quickly and accurately while positively resolving customer service issues and driving credit and loyalty member programs. Follow company policies to ensure safety and assist with product launch changes according to SOPs. Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
