Sales Associate Keyholder

Conduct opening and closing procedures including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system. Perform overrides at checkout as needed and maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom. Follow company policies to ensure safety, assist with product launch changes, and process transactions quickly to reduce wait times. Positively resolve customer service issues and escalate them to Store Management while driving credit and loyalty member programs. Requires proficiency with technology, ability to work nights and weekends, and high school education. Part-time role at Brookfield Center.
