Sales Associate Keyholder

Conduct opening and closing procedures including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system. Perform overrides at checkout and maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom. Process transactions quickly and accurately while positively resolving customer service issues and driving credit and loyalty member programs. Follow company policies to ensure the safety of associates and customers, assist with product launch changes, and communicate resolutions to Store Management. This part-time role at the Mission Valley Express store requires proficiency with technology and availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
